To improve customer engagement, MetLife set out to develop a video library on customer well-being. The goal was to provide a cloud-based portal where videos are accessible to select consumers. They also wanted to track viewing to determine the popularity of different subjects and the overall program success.
The Jaybird DXP asset library was used as a cloud-based video library. The MetLife marketing team can upload videos and control from the DXP what appears on the site. The Jaybird design team then created a responsive customer-facing portal that can be customized via the DXP with employer branding. Integrated analytics provides a dashboard for monitoring video use.
